Paul Hooper is a graduate of the Full-Time Program at Actors Centre Australia. He is a Co-Founder of pantsguys Productions, an independent theatre company and winner of three 2012 Sydney Theatre Awards for Punk Rock by Simon Stephens in association with atyp Under the Wharf (Directed by Anthony Skuse). Paul was the Assistant Director of Punk Rock and also The Shape of Things by Neil LaBute, which was also produced in association with atyp Under the Wharf. His theatre credits include; The Hiding Place (atyp Under the Wharf), Punk Rock (atyp Under the Wharf), Stories from the Wayside (Wayside Chapel), Fathers (La Mama), Bent (Chapel Off Chapel), The Proposal (NIDA) and Sticks and Stones by Jay Duncan (Dublin). His TV work includes Rescue Special Ops, Tricky Business and My Place. Paul also has a Bachelor of Arts (Theatre and Film) from the University of Canterbury, NZ.
